Joan Foster

About Me:

Having worked in private practice since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2004, Joan has a wide range of experience with acute and chronic injuries and enjoys using both exercise and manual therapy to see her patients achieve their goals. She provides comprehensive care for all areas of the body, with a particular focus on all things sports and spinal. From lower neck and back disc injuries in an office worker to achilles tendinopathy in a high level athlete. Her treatment approach combines exercise prescription—drawing on functional training, strength, conditioning, and Pilates—with hands-on manual therapy techniques. It is her passion to guide patients to achieve their goals, and to reach their pain free potential.
